The property is well maintained and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. All communal areas are cleaned regularly. This accommodation would be best suited to male or female housemates who like to enjoy a peaceful, easy-going home. These studios are for one person, we do not accept couples.

Tenants funded by housing benefit or universal credit are welcome to apply. No pets as the property is not suitable. A holding deposit will reserve the property for a few days max whilst we complete paperwork and is equivalent to one week's rent (this will be deducted from the final move in balance).  Move in monies will be one month's rent in advance plus a deposit (equivalent to one month's rent unless you are using Reposit)
