All bills are included and there is a good internet connection.

The space is very warm in winter and in the summer the large windows open wide for lots of breeze and fresh air. It is part furnished with a double bed, a sofa, a dining table and chairs. The bathroom has heated shelving for extra wardrobe space. 

The rest of the property sits in 4 acres of gardens with a small pond and 200,000 acres of free roaming forest access. No need to drive anywhere to enjoy the wilds of the forest. It's a 20 minute walk to Cinderford through the forest, a 10 minute bike ride and 5 minutes in the car. There is a lovely community vibe here without any obligation to partake in any of it and all the people who live here are nature loving easy going people. You can park in the main carpark and if you have a bike the hallway is large enough to store it indoors. 

This really is a very unusual and unique location, it is a little piece of paradise in a world that is becoming more and more hectic. If you long for a more peaceful life and want to get away from the towns and cities this is perfect.
