The house is very clean and hygiene from tenants is essential in communal areas.

The house consists of three upstairs bedrooms and bathroom.
Downstairs has a WC, lounge/dining area and separate kitchen.

The garden is undertaking construction, however the lower part of the garden is done and able to be used during hotter weather.

Tenants will have to be dog friendly as I have a small cavachon.

Preferred tenants are female, however this can be flexible depending on the tenant.

Minimum contract is two months.
Payment would be on the 1st of each month.
1 month notice period required upon termination of contract.
