This is a spacious flat over two floors which has the benefit of having its own front door rather than a communal entrance hall.
Downstairs has a single bedroom. Upstairs, a landing, a double bedroom, a large lounge with door to a good sized balcony with open planned kitchen and storage cupboard. Viewing is recommended.
The landlord has stated that there may be grounds on which a request to keep a pet could be refused. If you enter into a tenancy agreement with this landlord you are still entitled to request permission to keep a pet, and the landlord may only refuse your request where they have a reasonable basis for doing so.
