Less than 10 miles from Central London, 8 miles from Heathrow, 6 miles from Richmond Dear Park, 2 miles from Royal Botannical Gardens - Kew, 3 miles from Ealing Broadway, 3 miles from Chiswick High Street and just off the A4 makes this location extremely attractive. Easy access to the M3, M4 and M25 motorways also helps.

Both Syon Lane and Brentford Stations (South West Trains) are a 10 minute walk. Closest Underground stations are Boston Manor and Osterley on the Piccadilly Line. There are 2 bus stops at the entrance to Brent Lea and you will likely find a route (or part thereof) to wherever you need to go.

With Syon park on your doorstep, walkers, joggers and picnickers will love the convenience. Walking for about 15 minutes via Syon Park will bring you to the Thames River! The Brentford Lock and the start of the tow path along River Brent is a three minute walk. The playground adjacent to the Estate boasts a tennis court and basketball court and are reserved for the residents of Brent Lea.

Brentford High street is in the process of undergoing a massive revamp, with the regeneration looking to introduce new eateries, entertainment and stores. The regular Sunday market will provide everything you need for the hearty Sunday brunch. In the mean time, for more substantial high street shopping, there's Hounslow in the west, Chiswick and Westfield (White City) to the east and Ealing Broadway slightly north. The high street has a big Morrisons, but for an even bigger Tesco Extra, head on over to Tesco Osterley - a mere mile away!
