Electronic Fob Locks
All residents are given a single electronic fob, which is required to enter both the building, and the individual area of the building in which they live. In the event of loss, these fobs are deactivated immediately so you are feeling safe and secure.

Rent Includes
Included in the rent, is fast WiFi, weekly cleaners, biannual deep cleaning, electricity and water bills (tenant to pay council tax directly to council)

Communal Facilities - Kitchen is only shared with one other tenant
The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, oven & hob, microwave, large TV and dining table with chairs all in excellent condition. All communal areas of the building, including the kitchens, are professionally cleaned each week.

Bedroom & Bathroom
The bedroom has brand new bedding, and a large desk with comfortable fabric chair. A TV is also provided. The en-suite bathroom is in excellent condition, with a nice powerful shower and there is plenty of light from the bedroom window. The apartment is on the fifth floor, however the flights are short. 

Lighting
New flood lighting has been installed at the rear of the building, and porch lighting at the front.
The Grand Mill tenants are friendly and helpful (community WhatsApp).
