The property is situated a little off Wakefield Rd, on a side street, it is generally quite quiet, but with bus stops both into and out of Bradford just 5 minutes away, getting around for those without a car is quite easy. For those with transport, it is on street parking.
There are a couple of convenience stores, including the local petrol station and Post Office, both have the facility to withdraw cash from your bank account. Post box just outside Post Office.
Locally there is a pub and a social club.
