The spacious communal areas consist of a lounge/diner, kitchen, utility, large coat & shoe cupboards, separate W. C., garden, bike store in garage and ample off street parking.  

The kitchen is recently new with electric hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher and 2 fridge freezers. The utility room has 2 washing machines and ironing board. The lounge/diner has a sofa, wall mounted TV and dining table.

We have 6 en-suite bedrooms in this house which is fully licensed by the Council with all HMO requirements complied with. The house is very well maintained with the communal areas and gardens having a weekly cleaner.

All bills included (incl. super fast fibre broadband) and no admin fees.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the leisure centre (not Coral Reef) with easy access to the town centre and commercial areas.
