The lets are only available during term time. Will need to be vacated (removing possessions during the Christmas and Easter breaks) and leave no later than early June 2027. 

• Bedroom 1 (the one with the yellow throw) is £6,200 a year (£620 a month for 10 months) 
• Bedroom 2 (the one with the top bunk which will be removed, and a desk added) is £5,800 or £580 a month for 10 months

Includes all bills.
1 month deposit is required for each room.

The house fully furnished and renovated to a high standard. The house includes a large lounge, TV with many streaming services, fast wifi, separate dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer (in outside shed), bathroom (to be shared by 2), downstairs cloakroom, enclosed garden with 2 parking spaces (at the rear of the property). 

No pets, strictly no smoking or vaping and no parties will be allowed.

The property is a holiday let, that is why it is not available during Summer, Easter and Christmas. My daughter who is studying psychology at Bournemouth university is also in the property. Suitable for fun but sensible females or males. Sorry no couples. Will need to be tidy.

Situated moments away from the vibrant village of Westbourne and only a 20 minute step free stroll to the award winning Bournemouth beach through the beautiful Alum Chine. Bus stop is right outside the property.
