I permanently work from home in IT and looking for another female working professional or mature student to share my house with. Someone who is tidy, respectful and who can feel at home.

I usually spend my evenings cooking and in the gym and my weekends socialising of a daytime, returning home of an evening watching a film with my pets - I have 2 loving cats and 1 small dog, a sweet king charles cavalier. 🐾

I have a colourful spare room with a brand new double bed, vanity/computer desk, fitted wardrobes and drawers, side table and lamp. Even fairy lights on the ceiling!

There is a shared living room, kitchen/diner and bathroom with bath/shower.

The kitchen is a open space and fully equipped with everything you need. Induction hob, oven, dish washer, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle, pots, pans and all.

Good size front and back garden with patio, seating area and barbeque. 🏡

All bills included. Fast virgin media WiFi. Single occupant only. 

Room can be repainted/redecorated!
