The house is on a tree lined quiet road and is situated within easy access to all motorway links. The train stations into Birmingham are a short walk away with a 10 min journey into new street.
The house has a large kitchen with a double oven,washing machine and tumble dryer. there is full central heating and additional electric heating if required. Tenants are all respectful of each other and friendly. The property is well managed by a private manager and the landlord is a member of the National Landlords Association. We are a family run team for the HMO and as such strive to ensure our tenants have a pleasant stay.
