Our house is on Rathbone Close and it has SUPER FAST BT Broadband so you can stream (Email Removed After Let) are all inclusive in the price, so no need to worry about putting money aside.
There are three large bathrooms and a separate wc.
We supply a professional cleaner every 2 weeks and they will clean all the communal areas only. But if you wish for her to help with your room, she can for an extra charge.
We, in return, are looking for sensible, professional, social housemates to share the house.
There is a local bus stop which takes you directly into Birmingham city centre. The nearest bus stop is 3 minute walk and the bus journey is 5 mins. 1 mile walk to Birmingham bullring.
We want all our guests to feel welcome and we look to place like-minded people together. These rooms are for professional workers who are friendly, considerate and mindful of their neighbours.
