We have a lovely extra large double room for £420 pcm. We are offering first 2 weeks rent free if you sign up to move in on or before June 4th. This is a very friendly house share in a beautiful house in a quiet residential area. The house was recently refurbished with new furniture, new carpets and flooring throughout. There is a large kitchen and separate diner which is the shared communal area with a flat screen TV. There are two bathrooms both with showers.

All you will need to pay to move in to the Extra Large double room is £520, that's one month’s rent in advance and £100 deposit. The deposit is refundable at the end of tenancy. Room is available now.
