You can have a list of everything in your room (and there is everything you need and more, plus lots of storage), or you can know that it has just been repainted and looks amazing … but you can see that in the photos. Or do you want to know that we care about our housemates and try to make our houses somewhere that is a good, fun place and hassle free, the best houseshares in Birmingham?

So the kitchens are cleaned weekly and that isn’t just a light dust, the fridges and ovens are wiped down so they look and smell fresh. Have you ever looked in a fridge when on a viewing?…. try it! Our cleaners, Helen and Charlotte, bring clean tea towels, freshly laundered hand towels, new j-cloths, bin bags, scourers, even wash the oven gloves! Why? Because kitchens are the biggest source of grumbles amongst housesharers so we are trying to make life easier, more pleasant, more chilled (you still have to load and unload the dishwasher though 😊 😊 😊).

It’s all about quality time. Life is a rush and you don’t need low grade hassle. We want you chat to your housemates about your day at work, about summer festivals and the weekend not arguing about the cucumber in fridge which is nearer to a sea slug than a salad item!
