The spacious square Kitchen is fully equipped. Microwave, gas cooker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher(rare usage) washing machine.
Breakfast bar, own food /equipment cupboard, fridge (x2) & freezer - own shelves.
Doors from kitchen to …patio, table chairs. Shed-sun-beds, hammock etc, & lawned enclosed back garden with fruit trees,… and a 2nd lounge with TV & sofas.

Carpeted stairs to landing, bathroom, rooms 1 & 2; door to separate inner hall, room 3, mine and 5, a spare.
Bathroom with over shower, shelved unit for toiletries. Heated towel rack.

(I write at home in the 3rd separate study downstairs, my separate bedroom area above it, use the downstairs w. c. and shower, usually when tenants are out.)
All rooms fully furnished - lots of spacious fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk, chair, bedside unit & lamp; swop-able pictures & mirrors.
