Hi, I'm James and I have one furnished double room to rent in my recently refurbished home. The room includes a king-size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. Monthly rent includes all bills including gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband TV License. Also included is one off road parking space. Shared areas include:

- Bathroom
- Separate ground floor shower room
- Kitchen/diner (with use of washing machine and tumble dryer)
- Garden

My house is located in Great Barr, between Birmingham city centre and Sutton Coldfield. There are many amenities within a short walking of my house including shops, take-aways and bus stops. The closest bus stop is just 3 minutes walk away (935, 936 and 937) which will get you into the city centre.

I am ideally looking for a quiet, single professional or student to share my home with. Strictly no smokers, pets or DSS.
