We are looking for a full-time working professional who values a quiet, clean, and respectful home.

Please note that this is not a party house. We go to bed very early and therefore require a tenant who is considerate of noise levels at all times, especially during the evenings and at night. The house has one bathroom with a toilet, as well as a separate additional toilet, making it convenient for everyone in the house.

This room would be ideal for a mature, responsible person who appreciates a calm and peaceful living environment.

A deposit of £90 is required, which is equivalent to one week’s rent.

We would prefer someone who is looking for a long-term home rather than short-term accommodation.
