A double furnished room is available on the 1st floor of a townhouse on the Kingsmere Estate. 

The room has a double bed, large mrrored wardrobe, desk, large study table and office chair. Next door is the bathroom with bath, shower, bathroom cabinet and towel rail. This would be shared with a female.

On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen and living room overlooking the garden making it a warm welcoming environment. The garden also has its own patio with table and chairs.

There is also a gym in the garage, which other people can use so long as put equipment back and the weights are used with care. I have also put a washing line up in there recently for when you need clothes to dry in the winter months as I prefer them not to be in the house.

A range of shops including the Coop, fish and chips and Dominos are a five minutes walk. Bicester Shopping Park and the bus stop to Oxford are a 10 minute walk away.

I am looking for a clean, respectful and quite individual who gets on with people. If that is you, please feel free to arrange a viewing. I would also accept couples for £1,050/month.
