All crockery and cooking equipment is supplied and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. There are two bathrooms in the property which would mean only sharing with one other housemate. There is a rear garden which you will have access to. Unfortunately, there is no parking included or any parking spaces nearby so this would suit somebody that does not own a car.
THE ROOM 🛌
Room 3 is a large double room and come fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰

Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
