I lived in this house in my last year of my studies in Nottingham and enjoyed it so much I decided to buy it! Although I no longer live here, I have happy memories of this house and so I like it to be clean and looked after. To make sure this happens I have the house professionally cleaned every week to help out. At present there is a great atmosphere in the house so I'm looking to continue the happy vibe. The rent of £330 per calendar month for this accommodation includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence, and wireless broadband, too. All you will need to pay for is food and drink! We're located 5 minutes walk from Beeston town centre, bus and train stations. Nottingham University is about 10mins walk. QMC is just a mile down the road. M1 J25 is about 4 miles. Every room is fully furnished and there is a large, fully equipped kitchen, living room and bath/shower room plus separate wc and shower rooms. Television, telephone and wireless broadband are all installed and included in the rent. I have a large rear garden with BBQ area. This is a lovely big 7 bedroom house and I urge you to view it.
