Rent is paid for 10 months from 1 September 2021 to 30 June 2022 - £425 each per month.  Deposit £450 per person.

This house is well located at the town end of Coronation Avenue, just metres from bus stops and a takeaway! The lounge area is comfortable with a sofa, easy chair and dining table/chairs. Gas central heating is provided with thermostatic valves and the boiler also provides instant hot water. Double glazing throughout ensures noise reduction and retains warmth. 

The bathroom is really spacious with a bath and handbasin. It has a separate toilet within the bathroom and a shower cubicle powered by the combi boiler. 

 A gas cooker is provided along with a large fridge, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. The conservatory opens onto the easily managed rear garden and gives access to the garage and a parking space.  There is unrestricted onstreet parking opposite the house.

There are 4 bedrooms. 3 are of a double size and 1 single. Good quality single beds are provided. The single bedroom has a handbasin.

Most of the crockery and cutlery that you would need are supplied. All you need to do is provide the sheets and duvet!

You will arrange all utilities including broadband.
