I have a furnished double bedroom available in my house which is located in a quiet area in North London within 4 minutes walk of Oakwood tube station on the Piccadilly line.
The bedroom is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, armchair, etc.
There is also a small bedroom/study with a desk, chair and bookshelf for a professional individual who works from home. This room can be rented for £100 a month on top of the rental for the double bedroom. I am not looking for two lodgers. The prospective lodger has the choice of renting both rooms or just the double bedroom.
The rooms are located on the 1st floor. The lodger will have their own shower and toilet.
The house is of ample size with 4 toilets and 3 showers. The living & dining rooms, kitchen and utility room are communal areas to be shared with one other female professional tenant. The house is well-looked after and we have a regular cleaner for the communal areas.
The utility room is provided with Washing machine, Tumble dryer an electrically heated drying rail, steam iron and ironing board. There are additional cabinets for storage in the utility room.
There is one other lodger living in the house who occupies the self-contained loft conversion. So in total there would be 3 people occupying the house.
Am looking for a professional female as a lodger.
The property is very close to shopping, amenities and variety of restaurants in Cockfosters, Oakwood and Southgate. The Trent country park is within 10 Min walk from the house.
The house has drive way parking space.
