The house is semi- detached converted into ground and first floor flats. The landlord lives on the ground floor and not using first floor at all.

On the first floor there is two bedrooms (single and double rooms). There is also bathroom with WC and Kitchen-living area.
there is only one professional living in the single room who works late shifts and most weekends, so there is little chances to meet him only on a rare occasions.
The bills are included in the rent (electricity, gas, broadband, council tax, water).
The rent is £130 per week + £520 deposit required.

There is large parking space.
