This house consists of a large open plan downstairs room, including a dining area and an area to relax with a wide screen TV. There is a small adjoining kitchen and a large storage cupboard under the stairs. There is also a lobby by the entrance. The main room is light and spacious, and has a gas fire. 

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, and a bathroom. There is also a hot water tank in a large cupboard over the stairs.

Outside the main house there is a conservatory area, and a small garden at the back (along with several sheds, which are being renovated and which tenants will not have access to yet). 

The house is about 5 minutes walk from the school, library, park, playgrounds and main shopping area, including the big Tesco in Bar Hill. 

Access to Bar Hill is by car off the A14, or by bicycle (there is a dedicated off-road cycle way from just outside Cambridge all the way to Bar Hill), or by bus (there is a bus stop at the end of Appletrees, and a main bus stop in the centre near Tesco). 

Bar Hill is a very friendly village, and people say hello, and are very welcoming. 

The house has recently been renovated, and has a new boiler and fuse box, and most of the rooms have been redecorated. 

Short term lets are possible, and pets are welcome providing they do not destroy the furniture or garden!
