Surrounding areas such as Epsom, Wallington, Sutton and Tadworth are easily accessible by car with the M25 junction only 15 minutes away. Furthermore, Banstead train station is walkable (trains to London Victoria) and Ewell West is a 10 minute drive away (Zone 6). There is a garage available and broadband speeds are excellent.
