Fantastic room on the High Street in Bangor


I have a two bed house and am away with work for months at a time. I'm looking for one single lodger to rent a room. The house is small but really nice with large windows and there is a yard out the back with a firebowl and picnic table. I completely renovated it a few years ago so it's a good home. However I'm looking for someone quiet and studious not someone who wants to party. 
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washer machine and dryer and large range stove. It's near to lots of shops but is also quiet most of the time although occassionally there are some raoucous people walking down the street. The house has WiFi, a combi boiler with a hive system. 

Bills (WiFi included, elec split and the gas is a top up system and so when I'm away you will be responsible for this, council tax split).  

Rooms - £105.00 and £110 per week

The holding deposit is 1 month's rent

The security deposit is 1 month's rent and is held in the government-approved protection scheme, Deposit Protection Service.

Tenancy runs from when you'd like to move in.
