3 Bed End Terrace, Dob, LL57

End terrace house, rural location, fine views over towards Anglesey. The track up to the terrace, about 80m long, is rather steep and potholed. It will be properly surfaced by next summer (when the rent will go up £25 a week). I own all 4 houses in the terrace. There had been a damp problem, water coming in around the chimney. I have had the gable end mostly re-rendered and painted. I have been doing work to smarten up the land and gardens around the terrace, ongoing work. There is a conservatory, visible in the first photo, but it isn't in fine condition, with only single glazed windows. The terrace gets little sunshine in mid-winter, being north facing. Plenty of garden available, small garden area that you would be required to maintain. Parking for 2 cars. There is a large multi-fuel stove which runs the radiators; with an immersion heated for when the stove isn't running. No mains gas. Six weeks deposit required. I will be making thorough checks to ensure who ever I let the house to can afford the rent. Strictly no dogs, cats maybe if they get cat flap installed, and get the carpets professionally cleaned and de-flead at the end of the tenancy. I think the house would be very suited to a couple with 2 children. There is some furniture there (a wardrobe, a dresser, bookshelf and table) but i could take those away if the new tenant didn't want them.
