There is also a living area with multiple seating. All crockery and cooking equipment is provided by us and the communal areas are cleaned weekly by Ox Living. There is a lovely back garden with secure bicycle storage as well as a driveway for parking.
THE ROOM
The room comes fully furnished with three-door wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a desk and chair, a bedside table and a double bed. You will have a private off-suite bathroom across the landing. ALL bills included no hidden fees!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
