Room in a Shared House, Halford Close, NR17

I'm looking for some one to rent the spare room in my house, the room has a large window and so has lots of light, a built in wardrobe, currently unfurnished except for the bed however I will source a chest of drawers and bedside unit before you move in.

The house is a very short walk from the centre of town and about 10 minute walk from the train station with parking outside the front of the house.

The kitchen is kitted with fridge freezer (second freezer in conservatory) slow cooker, nutribullet, electric oven and hobs, kettle, toaster and microwave with plenty of pots, pans, crock and cutters.

The living room is quite large with 2 3 seater sofas, a table, side units, TV, video game consoles and a stereo.

The conservatory is mostly used as a work space (I'm a print maker) but also houses the washing machine and can be used pretty much how you like, The garden is a work in progress but there is a table and chairs and a shed for storing tools.

There is also cupboard spare for shoes and jackets in the hall way.

I work Monday to Friday as a Learning support assistant in Dereham but also do some shifts behind the bar in the London Tavern (my local and a five minute walk away) I generally spend my time seeing friends, working on something at home or just chilling out.

I'm pretty chill, I try keep the place relatively tidy, I like to have friends over, use the stereo (respectfully) I am happy for you to treat the house in the same way, as long as your friends are respectful. I do however have a cat called Bobby who is awesome and very affectionate, I would say no more furry animals in the house because of him, however if you have something that lives in a tank like a reptile that is clean I think that would be ok. Or if you just want to keep to yourself that is also fine as long as you clean up after yourself, help occasionally with shared chores (hoover, bathroom type stuff) as long as you don't mind me doing me.

One month rent paid upfront when you move in then every month after on that same day. The rent include all bills, council tax, internet etc.

I decided to take the photos after it had got dark and horrible outside, I will change that when I get the chance but you can ask me for more if you like to.
