15 minutes walk (or a quick cycle) to Crystal Palace Station with direct trains to London Victoria.
Also, going in the other direction (out of London), really handy 30 minute train journey to Gatwick Airport (9 minutes from Anerley to East Croydon & 15 minutes from East Croydon to Gatwick).
Cycle / bus for evenings out in Crystal Palace, Brixton and East Dulwich.

Ideally available to view and meet Sunday 22nd May. Alternative arrangements may be considered after (I'm not available before), dependent on how the Sunday goes.
