Available immediately rent-free for at least a month in exchange for your finishing the minor DIY and decorating in the lounge and the third bedroom. Applicants should have appropriate skills and experience and I am looking for tenants who would like to stay for a few years.

Semi-detached bungalow at the end of a cul-de-sac with quiet neighbours and surrounding woodland. Double glazing and gas central heating,  3 bedrooms, shower room, WC, fitted kitchen and lounge with optional wood-burning stove. Secluded suntrap garden but no off-road parking.

Dogs and cats are not welcome except in the case of applicants who need a bungalow for reasons of limited mobility. Other pets should be fine and chickens are most welcome.

The lounge is only about 3x4 metres so you might prefer to use one of the three bedrooms as an additional living-room. Otherwise, all three bedrooms are doubles.

The kitchen has space for a dining table though this will be somewhat restricted if you have a fridge-freezer. I will provide a fridge if you want one or you can choose one of two places to have plumbing for a washing machine.

You can have as much or as little of the garden as you want but excluding the greenhouse and you will have to haggle over any share of the crop from my fruit trees!
