Room in a Shared House, Plovers Way, GU34

I am looking for a friendly professional to join me in a 2 bed house share. 
One double bedroom available in a newly decorated modern mid-terraced 2 bedroom house. Room includes brand new ottoman double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.  Shared bathroom, living area and rear garden. Gas Central heating and double glazing, clean, tidy and non smoking house.  All bills and WiFi included (assuming reasonable use). Located in quiet, popular residential area with easy access to mainline train station of Alton (0.6 miles). There is on road parking available.
I work full time and would prefer a female house mate.  I like my own space but I am also looking for someone to get on well with and have a glass or two with on the odd occasion.
Also willing to accept mature or post graduate students.
