Border of WEYBRIDGE/CHERTSEY/ADDLESTONE/NORTH SURREY options! 5 or 7 nights/midweek/Short stay - 2 rooms available for 5, 7 day occupancy, short term OR midweek only homestay as an alternative to a hotel room (when making contact pls state which duration). Please indicate your preference and situation when enquiring (rates will be calculated pro-rata according to what you need).
If you are between homes, relocating and need a place to 'land' whilst you sort yourself out, or just need a short term residency, we may be able to help you. Each available space lends itself to single occupancy only, not couples.
To secure the room and signal your integrity, we ask for 1 month holding deposit, non-refundable if you change your mind.
One month residency payment is due on arrival. If you leave during any month, or are not present/not staying, please do not seek any residency payment refund.
If you decide to exit, one month's notice of departure will signal the initial deposit to then be refunded. We know life happens, but we seek your commitment, and will reciprocate with fairness in return throughout your stay. Equally, as much notice as possible will be shared if unforeseen circumstances require departure.
We are 2 friendly & mature occupants i. e. live-in landlord & 1 p/t lodger/friend, hoping to welcome a like-minded, mature person. We are supportive, welcoming and enjoy a chat, though equally love our own downtime and personal space. Being respectful of that personal space, sorry that we are unable to host any visitors especially as our security is a priority. Our modern home is tidy, clean, calm & offers quiet living, with high hygiene standards maintained weekly by our lovely cleaner. Both bright & airy double rooms offer some (but not loads of) storage space. One room shares use of family bathroom, the other room has its own en-suite.
Will consider hybrid worker WFH max 2 days/week for which we offer Fibre to home broadband speed 900.
Quiet neighbourhood. Local railway station, Tesco Extra & cinema are all 5-10 mins walk away. Usually local street parking.
Due to asthma & allergies, we can't allow smoking or vaping at all, nor, sadly 🥺, can we share your pets. There is a lovely garden for you to enjoy 🌻.
No hidden costs - a lovely, comfortable, modern place to live awaits you. All inclusive rate: Superfast fibre wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave/oven, fridge space, bedding, one large/one small towel weekly (these are changed weekly). Rate includes weekly cleaner, bedding laundered, most consumables and bills. Council Tax band E.
CAR Very close to M25/J11 - 5 mins/2 miles drive. A3/J12 is 12 mins drive. Heathrow T5 is 20 minutes.
TRAIN 5 minutes walk to local Addlestone station e. g. via Weybridge, Home to Waterloo = 30mins-1hour
LOCAL Quick access car journeys to St Peter's Hospital, McLaren Woking sites, Chertsey Homewood & Weybridge/Brooklands business parks. Shepperton & Longcross film studios 6 miles/15 mins. Walk to St George's College private school in 3 mins. 1 mile walk to Weybridge or bus/rail.
NB: Must have ID, proof of income, own belongings insurance. One month's notice of departure is requested i. e. from the start date. This address cannot be used as yours (except for takeaways/ Amazon deliveries) due to previous misuse by another occupant - an experience not to be revisited.
