These comfortably large, vibrant rooms are from the latest project brought to you by Central Suites. This perfectly located house has a nice homely feel due to the rooms being finished to such a high spec. We include all the additional facilities to make your home extra special.

These rooms are ideal for someone looking for a room close to the town centre, yet still wants a place to kick back and relax in a great house share.

We are looking for tenants who will set a welcoming feel in the property. We would love to have a mix of gender, working professionals (ages 18 - 35)

So a bit about the house... 🏡
This house is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house (1 En-suite, and 3 sharing 2 bathrooms). Our in-house interior designer has done a fantastic job having each room with different themes, but an elegant style running throughout.

We have 4 spacious double bedrooms on offer. One of the rooms at 9sqm, another at 11sqm, one at 12sqm and finally the largest private room at around 22sqm. The kitchen will be fully equipped with all modern appliances including ample fridge and cupboard space. The living area downstairs boasts a large sofa to kick back, watch some TV and relax. It also features a table for meals with the house or just to get some work done. The double french doors that open out onto the garden make this living space extra special for socialising.

Location:

The location of this property is often one of the key features as it’s less than a 5 minute walk to the town centre with Waitrose right on your doorstep. It is ideally situated for Abbey Gardens and Abbey Meadow as it is less than half a miles walk to both of these stunning outdoor locations or, an extra 1 minute walk will take you to the river.

All of this will set you up in your private room in this new house from £650 per month with no bills to pay.

Points to note: Tenants must have clean credit for a reference check. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate couples. Sorry!
