We are looking for tenants who will set a welcoming feel in the property. We would love to have mixed-gender, working professionals (ages 22 - 40) who are looking for another clean and tidy housemate!

So a bit about the house... 🏡
This house is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house (3 En-suite, 1 Off-suite). Our in-house interior designer has done a fantastic job having each room with different themes, but an elegant style running throughout. We have 2 rooms at around 9.5 sqm, another at around 15.5 sqm, and finally the largest at around 18sqm. The hub of the house is the kitchen/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including ample fridge and cupboard space. This area proves to not only be a place to cook but also ideal for socialising with a 4K TV and breakfast bar.

Location:

The location of this property is often one of the key features as it’s less than a mile to the town centre and a 300m walk to Albert Park. It is ideally situated for Milton Park being just a 10-minute drive away. With less than half a mile to walk to the Abingdon Community hospital and the abundance of other businesses located in the park off Marcham Road.
All of this will set you up in your private room in this new house from £700 per month with no bills to pay.
