Double front bedroom to rent in a lovely 3 bed shared house in Abergwili village, just outside Carmarthen. Ideal for Hywel  Dda staff based in Glangwili and is within walking distance of Glangwili Hospital.

The house was refurbished end of 2016 and is already occupied by two professional males in their 20’s...

The house is in a quiet area off the main road, with off-street parking available, so if you have a car, you can typically park completely right in front of the house  If not, public transportation is available in the village as well.

The room is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, and fitted wardrobes..no bed linen is provided...Available from January 1st, 2021....6 months original contract and on a monthly basis thereafter...

£400 (bills all in ) per calendar month payable by bank transfer in advance or on the date you move in, and on the same date on every consecutive month. All bills and council tax included....except TV license and internet. Your share of the internet would be payable to the male occupant at the house ... which at a third would be about £10 per month. 

The new housemate will have access to all common areas of the home, from the large living room, large fully fitted kitchen including washing machine , tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave, and large bathroom with bath and big separate shower...

Ideally looking for someone to stay at least six months, , age approximately 21-35,....professional worker or professional student, tidy and clean person, a non-smoker, and not too noisy.
