During term time, a free shuttle bus service is provided from the Sir Duncan Rice Library at Old Aberdeen to Foresterhill. The service is provided during the week, in working hours, on weekdays, and tenants can use this service with a permit (service is subject to change).

The property is on the ground floor (left) of a tenement block of properties on Dunbar Street.  There are 5 other properties in the tenement;2 on each floor.

There is a front and rear door from the building. There is an intercom entry system.

The property has a living room with a kitchen area off, bedroom (rear facing and away from the street) and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.  There is no window in the bathroom but there is an electric extractor fan. There are several cupboards located in the central hall.

A guarantor may be required to countersign the tenancy agreement and other identified references/credit checks may be required, prior to the granting of a tenancy agreement, depending on the personal and financial circumstances of the successful tenant.
