Double bedrooms available in lovely terrace house in Abbey Wood, London, SE2 9EY. (Bedroom 2 or 4 on the plan - whichever you prefer) either of which are quiet, face towards the garden and are furnished(although furnishings can be changed/removed as required). 
Good area with great trains links (30 mins to London Bridge/Cannon St/Charing Cross with a 5 minute walk to Abbey Wood train station) - but do note that we are far enough away to not have any train noise on the property!

Lovely large garden perfect for BBQ's in summer.

Currently shared by 2 qualified osteopaths (one of whom is vacating shortly) and one student. We are friendly and like having a chat in the kitchen of an evening, but equally understand if you need your own space.

The rent is an amazing £400 per month currently, however it will reduce once both rooms are occupied to £350 per month with bills being usually £30 per month plus a share of the council tax if you aren't exempt) you really won't find larger and cheaper with these amenities!
