This is a gorgeous flat is ideally located in a just minutes away from the city centre in the stunning, quiet S10 area. It is just down the road from the University of Sheffield’s student union and campus. With transport links, shops, restaurants and bars all within a very short range. The view from every window is perfect,with the heart of Sheffield to the rear and a tree lined street housing a nursery to the front. The windows are very large meaning that during the daythe flat feels bright and open, the tall ceilings also contribute and you will never feel claustrophobic even with it being top floor. There are two exits, afire escape and the front door, you have to see this flat to truly appreciate the amount of space on offer! 


The corridor is wide and long leading beautifully to each room, the kitchen is directly opposite the front door, the living room next to the kitchen. When youturn the corner the bedroom is on the left and the bathroom at the end.


The rooms manage to strike a seemingly impossible balance between feeling cozy and being exceedingly comfortable with regards to room. This flat comes furnished with white goods, although only some of the furniture photographed come with it. We find it very cheap to run and the central heating is impeccable with very big radiators for drying washing! There are two lockable doors, oneto the flat block and one for each individual flat so you always feel safe.There are cameras outside which cover the flat’s car parking spot and a full sized household waste and recycling bin for every flat. 


The flats are maintained to a high standard, the landlords are phenomenal and will resolve any issue quicker than you thought possible from replacing light bulbs,to fixing toilets to replacing washing machines. Every member of staff I have spoken with have been beyond friendly and helpful. This flat also has plenty of storage, in the shape of a long corridor that you can curtain off leading to the fire exit and a large airing cupboard so you will never run out.
