We are 3 (2 fixed residents and 1 short let) lively in the day and quiet in the evening professionals 2 male 1 female (bed at 10. 30 on a work night (Monday to Friday)we have busy jobs) we do like the occasional party or hiring a private VIP chef in for a dinner party or even a glass of vino on the south facing balcony on a weekend - we have really cool friends too that sometimes visit!

Most of the time you will find one of us (the Interior Designer)up a step ladder / with paint brush or some DIY tool and the other (PC Geek) watching tv or on PC or pottering around

We like to travel abroad - Europe in particular where we do our all night's discoing once a year!

We have lots of interests including fashion, interiors, cooking, gardening, science, IT, psychology history, movies, music, gym, cycling, romcoms, animations, action & thriller movies, and PC gaming and many more, we like people! nice people that is.


We are very friendly, reasonable minded, accommodating and hospitable, and above all fair!! and we encourage the lodger(s) to use the full apartment including all its facilities - balcony garden in particular which is south facing so gets full "British" sun all day!

We have very few rules - respect and be reasonable and look after the apartment!!

We are looking for someone whom feels comfortable enough to be quiet when they wish, and be around us when they wish. We don't want the person to feel that they have to be in their room all the time - but also feels comfortable in being in the lounge whenever we are there or not ... Therefore in essence you are not just renting a room! however if you prefer to stay in your room we are ok with that also.

We are happy with either a male or female & we will review the room let after 2-3 months to see if we are all happy

All bills included except electricity (averaging   £15 a month per person)

Wifi is included (fair usage - don't be a hogger).

Free off road secure Parking also available and free !

The 68 bus route stops directly outside our complex and takes you to Waterloo, holborn and Euston

There are morrissons, sainsburys, tesco all within a ten minute walk

There are plenty of parks also to visit that boast many events such as fairs, concerts and the like

We are willing to consider couples (the room would be let £1, 175 for a couple)
