Situated in a quiet and very friendly cul-de-sac, the house is beautifully cosy yet spacious. With a separate lounge, dining room and kitchen there is plenty shared space.

The room is situated at the back of the house and overlooks the garden, with built in wardrobes and full furnishings.

There is an excellent power-shower, bath, washing machine and all other amenities (iron, ironing board, microwave, TV etc.)

The garden has just been landscaped and it great for BBQ's and other socialising in the summer.

The transport links are excellent:
5 minute walk from both Wood Green Tube and Alexandra Palace rail stations
5 minute walk from main bus stops into Central London with night buses as well.

On street parking is available, but a parking permit would need to be purchased from Haringey council.

About me:

I am a 27 year old professional lady with lots of hobbies and interests. I work as a marketing manager in the cosmetics and beauty industry.

I am generally a busy person but would love to share with someone who would like to share dinner occasionally and enjoy a chat over a cup of tea or a glass of wine at the end of the day. I have lived here for 5 years and want someone to feel like this is their home, not just somewhere to crash, or spend the whole time in their room.

I am quite house proud and like things to be organised.
Clean, tidy and respectful of furniture and belongings is a must.
