I'm transferring the contract of a studio flat in Student Castle. Suitable for a SINGLE person who needs some personal space. e.g postgrad. The location of the place is ideal for someone going to Bristol Uni. It is ultra close to the university area (only 5 min walk to Wills Memorial Building) and has two supermarkets nearby (Little Waitrose and Sainsbury's on Queen's Road). It's in a very secure building with garden, gym, study room, cinema, laundry facility etc.

The room itself has everything you need from kitchen to internet to TV and also is en-suite with a very spacious (Email Removed After Let) BILLS ARE INCLUSIVE.

The type of the studio is called Raven Studio and details of the room and about Student Castle can be found on the Student Castle website. I have attached a floor plan and a youtube video which gives a nice description of this place. The room I'm letting is almost identical to the one shown in the video. Viewing is highly recommended.

This room also benefits from great views of the Brandon Hill park and is in a quiet location inside the building. You can save a lot on rent as the starting date of the contract normally is in September. I'm also reducing the weekly rent from £179.95 to £165 as I really need someone to replace me ASAP, please note this is NOT a sub-letting, I will need to carry the loss because of the reduction of the rent myself. 

Move in date is flexible but ideally on 26th Oct. The tenancy agreement transfer will be dealt with professionally by the management team. There is no agency fee, the deposit is £350.
