It is located on a residential street – 15 minutes away from the Walthamstow Underground station, shopping amenities. Convenient bus links to all parts of London. The room is furnished ( double glazed windows, fridge for the room, huge wardrobe. The rent is £150 per week and the following are included:
- Utilities /water, electricity, gas, central heating/
- council tax
- Wifi, TV licence
- cleaning once a week for the communal areas 
The kitchen is fully furnished /fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine/
We also have all essentials for the kitchen /plates, mugs, pots, cutlery etc./ The flat has 1 bathroom 

We are looking for a professional/student flatmates who are willing to follow rules on noise and behaviour. No pets, no children and no DSS please. 2 week deposit is required, and 1 week rent in advance.
