I have a spare room in a lovely 2 bedroom Apartment. The room that is available is a very large double room with separate bathroom (opposite the room) - which will be your own bathroom.

The flat is a new build so the place is very clean, tidy and modern.

The rent is 700 (bills included) (£700) deposit required

I am looking to live with someone who is a working professional, laid back, clean and tidy.

I works as a Design Assurance Manager for a large Rail Contractor. I myself am very easy going and would want you to treat this place like your home. Friends and family can visit as long as place is kept tidy at the end of the day. I dont mind smokers but no smoking in the (Email Removed After Let) have a large balcony with deck chairs which you will be able to access from your room and from the living room.

The flat has literally everything provided. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans and I also like to cook on a regular basis and am happy to share my food with whoever is moving in.

In general I am just looking for a flat mate who is friendly, and just someone in general who will treat this like their home and make sure it is kept tidy.
