Large double ensuite bedroom in a 2 bed garden flat. We have off road parking and secure door entry system. Room comes part furnished and new roomy can add in furniture as they desire. The rest of the flat was originally part furnished but it is now fully furnished. The tenancy is going to be renewed in October so looking for someone who intends to stay for longer term rather than short stay.

The ensuite is shower and toilet. Shared communal bathroom. Shared large open plan kitchen/lounge. All expected white goods.

Wifi via Talk talk and Sky for TV.

Travel links: Kilburn (Jubilee zone 2) 5 mins walking. Brondesbury (Overground zone 2) 9 mins. West Hampstead for rapid train links 13 mins walk. Night buses stop next to Kilburn and have good links to central London. Night tubes coming soon.....

Shops: Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Cornershops, Amazon collect shop, 24 hr garage all within 5-12mins walk.

Nightlife: Kilburn High Rd is a constantly improving area. Lots of pubs, comedy club via the Good Ship (does late nights as well as Edinburgh Festival trial nights), fine and cheap dining. Cinema/theatre via the Tricycle. Even an undertakers what more do you need?

Must speak English fluently. Not a neat freak but don't want to fall over the dirty dishes either. Looking to be able to chat socially rather than room hider please. Good for professional or newly moved to London with guarantor. Will need to get references and provide proof that rent can be afforded.
