The lounge is cosy and includes a large HD TV and two comfortable sofas. The kitchen is large and has a large fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. A washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher are also present. There is also a garden which can perhaps be used for a BBQ (if the lovely British weather permits)!


All utility bills are split evenly between the tenants (normally 5), this includes Gas, electricity, water, line rental and broadband. The council tax is included in the rent.


The property is a 5 min walk away from Canada water underground (Jubliee and overground lines) and bus station (PLEASE NOTE: it is 5 mins if you follow the canal as opposed to the route on google maps).
