Room in a Shared Flat, Scotland Street, S3

I am due to commence Medicine in September...aged 27 I'm not doing the whole halls thing, instead I've purchased a flat and I'm looking to rent out a room to another likeminded student. The flat is centrally located, just off West Street and is fitted out beautifully located on the 5th floor (super views). I'm offering up the master double bedroom ensuite. It can also come with a parking space.
I get the keys this weekend but until then I've attached some photos (furniture etc. will be different plus excuse the artsy shots, the estate got a bit excited) - once I've got the keys feel free to view. Rent wise I'm looking at offering an all included deal (i. e. wifi, tv, gas, electric, water etc.) for approx. £450 pcm (give or take until I establish exactly what the bills are in the first move). Ideally you'll be a student, because of council tax, but I'd be prepared to consider young professionals too.
Fun, outgoing guy here, still wanting to enjoy Uni but in the comfort of what will hopefully become a home! smile emoticon
