Our 2-bedroom home is situated on the renowned Christchurch Estate. The quiet estate is a mid-century gem, designed by John Spence and Partners and was constructed in 1966-67. The houses are arranged in closes that centre around a gorgeous, but hidden square. The estate spills onto the expanse of Victoria Park near the Agnes Gate.

Our block is surrounded by a community of families and professionals who value the communal areas and the architecture. Our private garden features built-in garden beds and seating, outdoor cupboards and flagstones for ground cover.

Our home is open plan with a beamed vaulted ceiling. An entrance foyer could easily serve as an office.
