The house is situated in a 15-minute walk to Staple Hill high street and it's only 2 minutes away from the Bristol-Bath cycle (Email Removed After Let) -street parking is available.
The whole house has been recently fully refurbished including new furniture and painting. The bedroom include a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. The cost of the room is £430 per month all bills inclusive.
The rest of the house comprises a lounge, a huge south-facing garden ideal for BBQs and catching the sun, a big extended kitchen and a family bathroom. There is also a garage which offers secure storage for bicycles. The current tenants are two 30's professionals who are social and considerate persons who enjoy quietness and treat the house as their home. I’d like someone who takes pride in their home, is tidy and clean and like helping with the chores around the house. I would prefer 30+ female professional. No DSS please.
