Close to many shops, bars, restaurants in Camberwell Green/Peckham Rye ..... House is ideal for students of KCL, LSBU, UAL, LSE, LCC, SOAS, UEL etc.
I am a full time student landlord and so you would deal directly with me for all maintenance and tenancy issues and so save agency fees.
